Owner Responsibilities

Owners should preserve vacation-ready rentals that correspond with the following guidelines:

  • You must own your property or hold a master lease to your property. Subleasing must be allowed in order to pursue vacation rental management services with All County.
  • Owners must provide proof of current payments made on the property.
  • Property owners must be able to provide proof of short-term renter's insurance prior to the first day of listing.
  • All properties must be furnished.
  • All properties must include adequate parking.
  • Owners must provide basic utilities like power, water, gas &/or electricity and owners must authorize All County to speak with providers concerning such accounts.
  • Owners must provide basic cable
  • Owners must agree to provide high speed wireless-internet service to guests.
  • All appliances must be in working order.
  • Before All County can begin providing service, a 12 month vacation-rental management agreement must be signed.
